Matt Tyler President/CEO Local to the area, Matt and his family returned from North Carolina to join the Vickers team in the fall of 1999. Assuming the role of President/CEO in 2002, Matt has been instrumental in building a world class team, diversified customer base, and sustainment of the customer first culture that has long defined Vickers Engineering. A 1994 DePauw University graduate, Matt, along with his role at Vickers Engineering, currently sits on the Board of Directors for Littleford Day Corporation of Florence KY, the Southwest Michigan Economic Growth Alliance, and is a past President of the Berrien County Manufacturers Council. |

Scott Gourlay Vice President / COO Since joining the company in 2000, at the onset of a ten year growth campaign, Scott has been vital to the operations and overall performance of Vickers. While holding such titles as Manufacturing Engineer, Master Scheduler, Plant Manager, VP of Operations, and now his current title, VP/COO, Scott’s unique blend of Operational, Engineering, and Customer Service experience lends him to be an invaluable resource to all divisions. A longtime member of SME, Scott holds an Engineering degree from Western Michigan University. |

David Dykstra Chief Financial Officer After earning an MBA from the University of Chicago, and his CPA accreditation in 1985, Dave’s career began in his native Chicago for Peat Marwick Mitchell. He gained further experience in Finance for the likes of William Wrigley, Jr. Co. and Ameritech before becoming the CFO for Chicago based BlueSuit. Since late 2005, Dave has held the position of CFO for Vickers Engineering, overseeing the development of a robust IT platform, financial reporting, forecasting and strategic financial planning. Currently, Dave is an Advisor to the School of Business for Southwestern Michigan College. |

David York Director of Sales David, a 1992 graduate of Vanderbilt University, joined Vickers in March 2010 as Director of Sales. The transition came easy to him after years of working with Vickers as a customer when he was Operations Manager for Grede Foundries’ Product Services Group in Milwaukee, WI. David brings 6 years of manufacturing experience and 10 years of sales experience, largely in the financial services industry where he learned the value of the customer relationship, conducting himself according to his great-grandfather’s mantra “Be Fair, Be Firm, and Smile.” |

Jeff Vickers Vice President Engineering Sales For nearly 28 years, Jeff Vickers has served Vickers Engineering in a variety of roles, all the while broadening his unique range of manufacturing knowledge. After attending Michigan State University, Jeff returned home to the family business in 1983, where he would ultimately work alongside his parents and two brothers, steering the company from special machine building, to contract machining and fabrication. Invaluable to the ongoing success of Vickers Engineering, Jeff also devotes time as a Board of Directors member for New Buffalo Savings Bank, Hunt Investments, and Hunt Properties, of which owns assets such as Wild Dog Grille in Douglas, MI. |

Matt Wermund Vice President Operations A Wisconsin native, Matt brought a wide range of skills to the Vickers team ranging from Business Plan development and deployment, supplier identification and development, tier 1 launch management, development and management of departmental budgets, customer service for tier 1 relationships, and general P/L management. After earning multiple degrees from UW Eau Claire in 1995, Matt joined Grede Foundries, where he would go on to hold the title of Director of Product Services. In September of 2009, Matt relocated his family to SW Michigan and took the role Vice President of Operations for Vickers Engineering, where his experience and ability will be utilized to fulfill its growth initiatives. |
